Michelle Carroll
Director / Teacher
Michelle brings 25 years of teaching experience working in Early Childhood Education as a Head Start Teacher, Kindergarten Teacher, First Grade Teacher, Before and After School program leader, Summer Camp leader, Summer Arts program teacher, Childcare Center Lead Teacher and In-home Childcare Provider. She has a BS degree in Child Development and MA degree in Teaching and Learning with Technology. She currently holds a Professional Teaching License in Colorado and is Large Center Director qualified through Colorado Shines.

Ailanni Galvez

Ailanni is a Florida native who recently relocated to Colorado Springs. She is bilingual and brings a strong passion for social work and supporting young children. Ailanni is excited to join our team and is known for her natural ability to connect with children and help them navigate their individual needs. She loves engaging with kids through play and is always happy to join in on dance parties that bring joy and laughter to the day.
